DESIGN AND IDENTITY

PORTO MONTENEGRO

Porto Montenegro is a full service superyacht marina in the Bay of Kotor, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The core thought of timeless elegance was devised by Totality and this has been visually expressed through an identity system and a series of print pieces. The large format imagery, subtle colour palette and repeat pattern form the basis of an understated and confident visual style.

LAUNCHPAD

Leaders in innovative employment technology, LaunchPad develop video recruiting software which is used in almost every country in the world. The task was to work with their existing logo, fonts and colour palette to develop a recognisable but flexible visual system. The resulting brand style has been applied to eBooks, whitepapers, exhibitions and other marketing material.

THE CORNICHE

The Corniche is a luxury residential development by St James, located on London’s Albert Embankment. Externally the building resembles a sea of curves, internally the focus is on uninterrupted views and floor to ceiling glass. Working with Totality, the identity elements were created to reflect the unique curved nature of the architecture. The resulting visual system was applied to print and digital marketing materials including 3D environment and video.

M&G

M&G are one of the UK’s largest investment houses. The task was to rebrand PRUPIM and bring it under the M&G umbrella. Brandguild developed the transition strategy and the design brief was to keep all the characteristics of the M&G Investments brand and adapt them for M&G Real Estate. This involved updating the M&G Investments guidelines and creating a suite of brochures, signage, stationery and advertising featuring the new identity.

THE PINNACLE

The Pinnacle was to be an iconic new building in the City of London. Its aspiration was to be seen as one of London’s top business addresses as well as a must-visit attraction. Working with Totality, the brand identity was created to celebrate the building’s unique form and reflect the nature of the materials used. Marketing material included a brochure for prospective tenants, a two minute scene-setting film and a marketing suite.

HAY GROUP

Hay Group are a global management consulting firm focused on people and how they can be inspired and enabled to perform better at every level. Design work for Hay Group has spanned a ten year period and has included implementation of two brand identity systems across wide variety of print and digital assets, everything from signage and exhibitions to infographics and whitepapers.

NEW BOND STREET

135–137 New Bond Street is a Grade II listed building dating back to 1877 which occupies a prime position on one of the world’s most famous streets. Working with Totality, the identity and literature needed to showcase uniqueness and appeal to the investor buyer. Complete with a one-off box crafted out of leather and suede, the publication itself was case bound and featured de-bossed motifs inspired by the exterior stone work of the building.

RETOUCHING AND IMAGE CREATION

RACING UK

A complex entertainment brand and subscription TV channel for horseracing enthusiasts, RUK needs to constantly evolve its imagery for high profile advertising campaigns. BPL Marketing commissioned the creation of these images for Cheltenham Be at the Heart of Racing and Focus on Jump Season campaigns.

MOTOROLA

Motorola exists to invent, build and deliver the best mobile devices on the planet and they need their imagery to reflect this vision. The challenge here was to create an X-ray representation of the new Atrix with very limited reference material. Focusing on the detail, it was important to feature the dual processor and create a realistic, visually dynamic X-ray image.

LAND ROVER

Land Rover, an iconic British brand and the world’s leading manufacturer of premium all-terrain vehicles wanted to bring a strong customer focus to their advertising imagery. BPL Marketing supplied a number of separate images, the challenge here was to bring them together convincingly, to create a single image that could be used in a variety of different formats and across all types of media.

MARS

Mars Chocolate is one of the world’s leading chocolate manufacturers and the home of chocolate classics like Snickers, M&M’s and Maltesers. Working with OgilvyAction, projects for Mars have included conceptual visuals to bring new ideas to life, direct marketing, point of sale and product retouching.

COCA-COLA

Over the years consumer taste, preference and lifestyles have changed, and with that so has the Coca‑Cola brand. A constantly evolving global brand needs imagery to follow suit. A keen eye for detail is needed when retouching the product photography to create the consistency and quality of image that such a high profile, iconic brand demands.

PHILIPS

Philips, a leading innovator in the home healthcare market wanted to promote their Sonicare ProResults range of toothbrushes. The idea for the sonic fizz background was developed by the design team at OgilvyAction. The background image was created from scratch with only a few black and white scamps and the brand colour palette provided for reference.

DURACELL

Duracell’s Daylite flashlights feature high-power LED technology that delivers white, bright, smooth light. The brief from OgilvyAction was to create the light source and resulting shadows cast by tool boxes and work benches to promote the intense, directional light that this new and innovative range of flashlights offers.

BAT

British American Tobacco (BAT) is the world’s most international tobacco group and their brands are enjoyed by millions of consumers. In a controversial industry they pledge to act responsibly and with integrity. Working with OgilvyAction, design concepts had to be visualised and produced to a very high standard, with product shots and computer generated backgrounds seamlessly merged for use in print advertising.
